At OLIRQ, we’re committed to creating products that help support healthier skin, coat, and overall comfort for your dog. We stand behind the quality of our collagen formula and encourage consistent use so your dog can experience the full benefits over time.
Because skin and coat health improvements take time, we recommend using the product consistently for at least 50 days before considering a return. If for any reason you’re not satisfied after this period, you may request a return within our 60-day money-back guarantee by contacting us at hello@olirq.com.
Order Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident in our products and want you to try them properly. That’s why we ask that you use OLIRQ products for at least 50 days before initiating a return. If you’re still unsatisfied, you may return the product after 50 days and within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@olirq.com. For faster processing, please include your order number or the name and email address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Minor damage to outer packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is intact.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@olirq.com with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, OLIRQ is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or other shipping-related issues. For delivery concerns, please contact the courier directly. OLIRQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
